Anton has over 10 years of experience in professional financial and business consulting.
In the early stages of his career, Anton focused on auditing and incorporation of pricing policies for international companies in the commodity and pharmaceutical industries. Later, he deepened his expertise in supporting large-scale M&A transactions, as well as in developing and optimization of business models and operating models for major international corporations.
Anton’s professional interests and competencies include following types of projects:
Development of corporate strategy, organization and facilitation of strategic sessions for c-level and board members, creation of long- and mid-term business development concepts and roadmaps.
Business model and value proposition design for end customers, including adjustment of existing business models to reflect market trends and evolving customer needs.
Preparation of the financial models and investment project evaluation. Implementation of product analytics and unit economics into daily business activities.
Optimization of operating models, including revision of functional profiles of interdependent business units, design of contract infrastructure, internal policies, business processes, and employee incentive / performance systems (KPIs).
Building of trust and holding arrangements for corporations and private individuals, including asset management within a family office framework.
Development of pricing policies (including for intragroup transactions).
Support of complex M&A transactions involving large-scale business acquisitions or sales.
Other projects, including acting as an external (fractional) COO or CFO for small and medium-sized businesses.
Anton is a certified expert in Business modeling and Innovation, having completed course at the Hasso Plattner Institute School of Design Thinking at the University of Potsdam (Berlin area). This background enables him to conduct workshops (including Design Thinking sessions and other methodologies) focused on identifying and implementing business innovations.
Anton has extensive experience working for international consulting firms such as Ernst & Young and BCG (Belarus, Russia, Germany), as well as for global industrial companies including Lanxess and Envalior.
He holds a PhD in Economics with a specialization in finance and taxation, and is affiliated with a research laboratory at the Department of Taxation at the Belarus State Economic University (Belarus).
